Generals:
SBL 150 pump is a vertical centrifugal pump of single stage and end suction type. It is mounted at the tank top and its body is sub-merged in the tank liquid with no pollution. This product employs the twin seal consisted of slave blade and oil seal is reliable, and its service life is long. Therefore, it is an ideal pump for petroleum and mine.
Application:
This pump is used mainly for transporting mud, sand, mineral and other similar liquid containing float solid grain. For example, it can be used in the mud purification system in petroleum drilling and in dressing plant for transporting mineral paste, tail mine, coal mud, etc.
Mounting, Operation and Maintenance:
1. With its base fixed, mount it at tank top (or pool top). The distance from the lower suction pipe end to the tank bottom should be more than 500mm. Its discharge piping should be provided with stop valve in order to regulate its flow and lift. No sharp turns in the piping. No external load applies on the piping.
2. Before starting the pump, check the motor for correct rotation direction. When starting the pump, close the stop valve on the discharge pipe. After starting the pump, adjust the valve slowly, making the flow or pressure meet the operation requirement.
3. Inspect bearing¡¯s lubrication at a regular time, each class of replenishment 32#lubricating oil one time.
