Generals:
Model GJ submersible slurry pump is a vertical single suction submersed pump. It s suitable for transporting mud, mineral, paste, sewage and other similar liquid in oil field, metallurgy, building, environment protection and other industries. This submersed pump can operate normally without shaft, which reduces shutdown time for maintenance. The axial force generated by the pump during operation can balance the rotor weight, which improves the operation condition for bearing considerably, reduces power loss, and heighten the pump efficiency according.
Mounting, Operation and Maintenance:
1.Generally, this pump is mounted on fixed support through hanging ring. If the change range of liquid is not wide, it can be mounted also on base.
2. The upper bearing is lubricated by Li-Based grease, and the lower bearing is lubricated machine oil No.20.
3. To apply lube oil (grease) every 10-15 days during normal operation.
4. Prevent frostbite if not operated for a long period in winter in order not to damage the pump parts due to liquid icing.
