Overview:
SB100 ¡Á 80 mud pump is an end single suction cantilever centrifugal pump, mainly used to transport the mortar, mud and other liquids containing suspended solid particles, the essential products in oilfiled and mine drilling mud system.
Its shaft seal takes a dual seal in the form of fillers and vice impeller. As pump operation, vice impeller acts as a seal. The seal at the formation of micro-vice pressure to achieve a leak-free seal. Vice impeller will stop working when the pump stops. Liquid inside and outside the pump will be isolated by the filler. Fillers only seal when the pump stops, so, fillers do not need to be too tight, as long as it won¡¯t drop water when the pump stops, this can reduce packing wear and prolong life. The pump filler and vice impeller dual seal, good sealing effect, long life, ideal seal forms in oilfield.
The over-flow of the product takes optimized design to avoid the early local wearing. The parts are wear-resistant materials and products to use reliable, long service life.
